Are you an experienced recruitment professional with a passion for delivering impactful workforce solutions in the public sector? We’re seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a fast-paced government health agency on a short-term contract based in the Adelaide CBD.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  1. Work collaboratively with internal workforce teams and hiring managers across various departments and health networks
  2. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across government agencies and external partners
  3. Provide expert advice on recruitment strategies, HR practices, and policy application
  4. Support the development and rollout of HRM policies and Enterprise Bargaining Agreement updates
  5. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes using the PageUp eRecruitment platform
  6. Lead specialised and high-volume recruitment campaigns, including graduate intakes and hard-to-fill roles
  7. Deliver a high level of candidate care, ensuring a professional and supportive experience
  8. Provide advice on visa and immigration requirements to support international recruitment
  9. Ensure service delivery is customer-focused, efficient, and aligned with strategic workforce goals

Your Profile

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (due to government clearance requirements)
  • Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
  • Proven experience in recruitment and HR advisory roles, ideally within the public or healthcare sector
  • Strong working knowledge of visa and immigration processes (e.g., Department of Home Affairs)
  • Proficiency in recruitment platforms such as PageUp, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work to deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to best practice and continuous improvement
