About the role:

We’re looking for a Centre Manager ready to take ownership, lead an amazing team, and be part of something bigger. We’re seeking an Inspiring Centre Manager who’s not afraid to lead from the front, continue to build on our unstoppable team culture, and treat our business like it’s their own. What we offer:

Permanent Part-Time (25+ hours/week)

Fast-track to Full-Time within 6 months

What we're looking for

Minimum Certificate IV in Fitness & at least 5 years' experience

Someone with management experience and the fire to lead by example

Strong leadership and people management skills, a natural team builder with a vibe that lifts the room

Excellent customer service orientation, a true community-builder who values connection over quotas

Bold enough to take the business to the next level

Strong partnership skills to help grow secondary income streams & additional programs

A creative, solutions-focused thinker who sees opportunity where others don’t & who’s not afraid to challenge the norm

Experience with Clubware, Debit Success & WordPress is Advantageous

Coordinate classes, manage equipment, and keep the studio running smoothly and professionally

Connect with members, understand their goals, and shape experiences that keep them coming back

Track performance metrics and turn insights into action for growth and improvement

Drive creative marketing strategies to attract new faces and retain our loyal community

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards—keeping our space safe and welcoming

Work closely with our leadership team to shape the future of the business
