Your role and responsibilities

As a Solution Consultant for Business Intelligence & Analytics, you'll drive the design and implementation of data solutions that transform business needs into actionable insights. You'll partner with cross-functional teams and act as a trusted advisor to ensure analytics strategies support decision-making across the organization. 1. Design and implement BI solutions using Power BI (including PBIRS), SQL Server, SAP, and Snowflake, ensuring alignment with business and governance goals.
2. Translate stakeholder requirements into optimized data models, reports, and dashboards.
3. Ensure high data quality, consistency, and integration across various systems.
4. Promote best practices in data visualization, analytics, and self-service BI.

Qualifications for the role

• Degree in Business, IT, or a related field - or equivalent professional experience.
• Solid experience with Power BI / PBIRS, SQL Server, SAP, and Snowflake or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong skills in data modeling, SQL, and ETL/integration techniques.
• Understanding of data governance and analytics best practices.
• Ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a hands-on mindset.

In order to comply with legal regulations, we refer to the minimum salary of the collective agreement of the electrical and electronics industry of €3,665.31 gross/month. There is a clear willingness to overpay, depending on qualifications and experience.
