Your IMPACT:

1. Take full ownership of assigned offers from initiation to completion
2. Manage the product life cycle for each product line
3. Oversee the Product Experience Process (PEP) to enhance product performance
4. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
6. Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps
7. Monitor product performance and adjust strategies as needed
8. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
9. Provide training and support for sales teams on product offerings
10. Gather and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement
11. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders
12. Stay updated on competitive landscape and market developments

The salary range for this position is above the collective agreement and, depending on education, qualifications and professional experience, is from 45,26 EUR gross per year.

Your Profile:

1. Technical degree with a background in sales, marketing, or technical support
2. Relevant experience in Variable Speed Drives and power conversion technology
3. Experience in interactions with industrial customers, customer engagement and collecting voice of customer (VOC) feedback
4. Strong business acumen with an understanding of Schneider Electric operations
5. Familiarity with industry norms and requirements in the variable speed drive market
6. Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in an international environment
7. Proactive and autonomous work style and strategic thinking with a methodical execution approach
8. Fluency in English and German
9. Willingness to travel ca. 10-20%
