Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to the company's financial policies and procedures.
  • Develop and expand the dealer network (strategic and operational). Implement new standards and concepts for retail, such as events, tools, shopping mall activations, and pop-up stores.
  • Work with local distributor partners on network plans and targets to accelerate expansion.
  • Collaborate with design studios and local architect agencies on feasible solutions (e.g., greenfield vs. refurbishment).
  • Additional scope depending on business needs: product strategy & pricing, product training, and knowledge management.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

  • Commercial background in the automotive industry with knowledge of retail, wholesale, and sales strategies.
  • Experience in developing dealer networks, preferably from the Austrian market.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally within diverse international teams.
  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
  • Understanding of EVs & PHEVs USPs.
  • Native German and fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel.
