About the Role

Join our team dedicated to training and supporting our clients, helping them unlock the full potential of Newbook’s platform. We’re on the lookout for a superstar to join us full-time, Monday to Friday, based at our beautiful Bundall Head Office. Our team have all come from hotel / holiday parks backgrounds and found this role the best way to work better hours, yet keep up to date with the hospitality market.

While no two days at Newbook are the same, here’s a glimpse of how you’ll be supporting our clients:

  • Train new properties on the system and get them up and running for switching to their new system
  • Providing expert guidance and support to clients by phone and email
  • Troubleshooting and resolving support issues
  • Assisting with system setup and configuration
  • Occasionally providing onsite training or workshops at clients location
  • Helping internal teams stay up to date with new platform features

About You

  • You have prior experience in front office, guest services or reservations, ideally in hotels or holiday parks
  • You love helping customers and thrive on building relationships
  • You’re tech-savvy with the basics – we’ll provide all the training you need on our system!
  • You’re a creative problem-solver who thinks outside the box
  • You communicate clearly and confidently over phone and email
  • You have experience supporting SaaS customers
