Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the development and execution of end-to-end functional and non-functional tests along the development cycle for solutions that include hardware, embedded software, wireless connectivity
• Performing tests and providing test results
• Defining and performing integration and end-to-end tests for the different solutions to ensure seamless regression and functional testing through the product lifecycle
• Development, integration and maintenance of various testing frameworks
• Implement or extend CI/CD pipelines by testing capabilities
• Drive automated testing environment
• and integration of testing pipelines
• Organization of tests based on project activities
• Technical responsibility of whole testing and verification part in the team

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor degree in computer science, electrical engineering, telecommunications or equivalent training

Experience:

• Experience in embedded and Bluetooth Low Energy based products, modules, gateways, or IoT devices.
• Minimum 2 year’s experience in integrating, testing and debugging distributed systems composed by hardware, embedded software, gateways and ble based
• Quality mindset compared with critical thinking and attention to detail allows you to identify problems and propose resolutions under pressure.
• Good knowledge of modern embedded development and debugging tools (eg. JIRA, Git, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Ellisys, Salea, Segger).

Skills/Abilities:

• Coding skills in C/C++, Python, Scripting
• Great technical understanding
• Good analytical thinking skills
• Interest in computer science
• Ability to abstract for the modelling of solution concepts
• Willingness for further training on new technologies, legal aspects
• High quality awareness and good communications skills, resilient

For the advertised position, a KV minimum basic salary of 3,175.00 euros gross per month applies, with readiness for KV overpayment depending on actual qualifications (for full-time employment).
