As a Chiropedic Store Manager, you will play a hands-on role, directly contributing to your store's success by actively engaging in daily operations. While you are accountable for coaching, training, and motivating your team, your primary focus will be leading by example through exceptional customer service and operational excellence. You will foster a high-performing environment that consistently reflects our brand’s values and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer experiences directly, delivering personalized sleep solutions aligned with our brand promise.
2. Demonstrate expert product knowledge to effectively guide customers and team members.
3. Actively participate in sales, leading by example to drive team performance and achieve store KPIs.
4. Maintain hands-on involvement in stock management, visual merchandising, and operational planning.
5. Analyse sales data regularly to identify and act upon growth opportunities.
6. Efficiently manage team rosters, team development, and daily operational processes.
7. Uphold exceptional store presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards.
8. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team success through direct involvement.

What You Need to Bring:

1. Previous Retail Management or extensive Senior Team Member experience in a hands-on role.
2. Genuine enthusiasm for enhancing customers sleep and wellbeing.
3. Proven leadership skills combined with a collaborative, coaching-oriented mindset.
4. Demonstrable track record in achieving sales targets and delivering strong operational results.
5. Ability to excel in a dynamic, customer-focused retail environment.
6. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Proficiency with inventory management and POS systems.
8. Physical fitness to handle bulky goods (such as mattresses).
9. Chiropedic operates seven days a week; flexibility in your availability is essential.
10. Expected to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays on a 66 hour fortnightly rotating roster with one full weekend on and one full weekend off.
11. Ability to adjust your schedule to support team coverage, peak trading periods, and store operational needs.
