We are an established boutique Facility Management company managing various portfolios within the Melbourne Metro area. We are currently inviting new members to join our organization as Building Coordinator (Junior) within one of our residential property portfolios.

Positions Available

  1. Two full-time positions available, with dedicated morning or afternoon shifts, to manage a busy, thriving, and challenging property.
  2. The successful candidates will work directly under a senior manager within an established workplace with existing policies and procedures.

Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-level, personalized, professional, and positive service to residents and visitors/guests at all times.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the property, including resolving maintenance issues, handling administrative duties such as facility bookings, parking enforcement, and key management.
  • Engage with external contractors for maintenance and repair works, ensuring quality control and verifying invoices before final payment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Fluent in English (written and oral); additional language skills (Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, including de-escalation, directing residents/clients, and leading discussions towards positive outcomes.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning building management software/apps (security, CCTV, lift monitoring, communication portals, etc.).
  • Take ownership attitude towards challenges/issues, with perseverance to resolve issues with support from senior management.
  • Full working rights (no limitations on hours).
  • Prior hospitality or facility management experience is preferred.
  • Must submit a recent police check for employment.
