Responsibilities:

1. Managing all stores assigned within your region
2. Coaching, developing, and motivating your team
3. Leading your Managers in all aspects of store operations
4. Achieving monthly retail budgets and managing expenses
5. Controlling shrinkage through team coaching
6. Overseeing management and recruitment of store teams, rosters, and wages
7. Promoting customer service excellence and identifying areas for improvement
8. Ensuring high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
9. Recruiting and inducting new team members, with a focus on succession planning

Requirements:

• Experience in multi-site or store management within a fashion retail environment
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume retail setting
• Strong people management and performance management skills
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Strong commercial awareness with a proven results track record
• Exceptional communication skills
• Passion for retail, customer service, and fashion

Aufgaben:

• Management aller Dir in Deiner Region zugewiesenen Stores

• Führe Deine Manager in allen Aspekten des Store-Betriebs
• Erreichen der monatlichen Einzelhandelsbudgets und Verwaltung der Ausgabenkontrolle
• Kontrolle des Warenschwunds durch Coaching Deiner Teams
• Beaufsichtige das Management und die Einstellung von Store-Teams, Dienstpläne und Lohnkontrolle
• Förderung eines hervorragenden Kundenservices und Ermittlung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten
• Visual Merchandising und Store-Präsentation auf höchstem Niveau
• Rekrutierung, Einstellung und Einführung neuer Teammitglieder, mit Fokus auf Nachfolgeplanung

Voraussetzungen:

• Erfahrung im Management mehrerer Standorte in der Modebranche
• Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Einzelhandelsumfeld zu arbeiten
• Ausgeprägte Führungsfähigkeiten und Kenntnisse im Leistungsmanagement
• Ausgezeichnete Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
• Gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis und nachweisliche Erfolge
• Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
