Senior Sales / Area Manager – TriTech Lubricants

TriTech Lubricants is a proudly Australian-owned, global company specialising in the sales and distribution of premium lubricants across various industries, including automotive, agricultural, transport, manufacturing, construction, mining, and earthmoving.

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Area Manager to service the South Eastern Region of Victoria. This territory has a small existing customer base but significant potential for growth, requiring the right person to expand into new markets and sectors.

This role focuses on sales and solutions selling, supported by a competitive base salary, PLUS an attractive bonus structure based on KPIs.

Reporting weekly to the General Manager in Dandenong South, your responsibilities include:

  1. Promoting TriTech Lubricants' business, brand, and products in the field to new and existing customers around Dandenong South, Mornington Peninsula, and Pakenham.
  2. Maintaining relationships with existing customers in the South East Melbourne territory.
  3. Identifying and securing new customers through prospecting and business development activities.
  4. Developing strategies to target potential clients.
  5. Building long-term relationships with key prospects to secure new accounts and drive growth.
  6. Networking with industry contacts for larger commercial and industrial clients.
  7. Collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions.
  8. Analyzing performance metrics to improve outreach and lead generation.
  9. Using cold calling, referrals, and other techniques to grow sales.
  10. Achieving monthly and annual sales targets for area growth.
  11. Handling general administration, order processing, and customer support via CRM systems.
  12. Attending trade nights, field days, and expo events as required.

The ideal candidate must have experience in customer sales and service, with product knowledge or experience in automotive lubricants or related industries (solvents, chemicals). Training will be provided.

This is a field-based, customer-facing role.
