Student Support Compliance & Internal Controls - 25h/week (f/m/d)

What you can expect:

• Support your Compliance & ICS colleagues in their daily tasks
• Assist the anti-money laundering officer in the alert and hit handling process starting from screening and monitoring ending up in suspicious activity reports
• Assist the Compliance & ICS officer in the implementation of the group ICS methodology, e.g. group and local control drafting, rollout, validation and coordination with stakeholders
• Assist second line of defense control owners with control testing, drafting and implementation of treatments
• Assist with drafting of relevant reports on local and group level

What you bring to the table:

• You are an active student at an university or university of applied science.
• You feel confident working with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Your written and oral German and English skills are very good.
• You are pro-active, enthusiastic and communicative.
• Your problem-solving skills make you stand out.
• You are also a reliable team-player and have a hands-on mentality.

Our offer

• Payment according to the bank collective agreement on a gross monthly basis of at least EUR 1.876,80 based on 25 hours per week.
