Job Title: Global Innovation Marketing Manager – Pulp and Tissue & Towel

The Global Marketing Innovation Manager reports to the Global Marketing Innovation Director. This role is responsible for driving strategic growth through innovation in the Pulp and Tissue & Towel market segments, focusing on products that enhance sustainability for global customers.

Detailed Description

The Global Innovation Marketing Manager plays a critical role in our company's success. The primary responsibilities include leading market innovation and project execution for key products, utilizing market research, industry, and application knowledge. The role involves developing and executing programs to incorporate insights into corporate innovation and commercial processes. Additionally, the manager will coordinate with strategy, commercial, and R&D teams to develop seamless, on-target innovation delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Blueprint (Voice of Customer) for Pulp and Tissue & Towel market segments/sub-segments to fuel the innovation pipeline.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (regional marketing, sales, application, R&D) to develop a comprehensive innovation plan for the assigned area.
  3. Develop a detailed roadmap with timelines for innovation projects and ensure teams are accountable to objectives and deadlines.
  4. Interact with relevant internal teams to drive commercial adoption of new innovations, including developing Business Cases, Value Propositions, and Launch Packages.
  5. Measure and drive growth of completed innovation projects (Vitality Index).

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years in B2B marketing and/or innovation, with proven experience in translating market insights into successful growth through innovation.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, science, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Work experience in the Paper Industry or as a supplier to the Paper Industry is required.
  • Proven experience with project management approaches and tools.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
