As a Logistics Data Analyst, you will play a key role in building and optimizing data-driven processes to support one of ALDI SÜD’s most ambitious logistics projects
Your work will help ensure transparency, accuracy, and efficiency across our warehouse and transport operations
You'll analyze and interpret internal logistics data to support strategic decision-making
You'll design and implement efficient data-based processes that enhance operational workflows in warehousing and transportation
You'll evaluate the performance of logistics service providers using clearly defined KPIs and dashboards
You'll ensure our master data is clean, up-to-date, and aligned with real-world operational needs
You'll drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks, running root-cause analyses, and proposing actionable solutions
You'll collaborate closely with internal departments, country logistics teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and cross-border cooperation
You'll contribute to the design and execution of operational case studies and present findings to key stakeholders
Candidate Profile
The requirements of the role include:
A university degree, ideally in logistics, supply chain, business analytics, or a related field
Relevant work experience in data-driven logistics environments
Experience working with fresh product operations (fruit & vegetables) and logistics service providers is a strong plus
A structured, solution-oriented way of thinking and the ability to handle complexity with clarity
Advanced Excel skills and experience in working with large datasets (e.g. VLOOKUP, PivotTables, PowerQuery)
Strong analytical mindset and confidence in interpreting numbers and translating them into operational action
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional and international teams
Fluent in Business English; other languages are a plus
