Deine Aufgaben

• Device Testing & Evaluation: Perform functional testing of parenteral medical devices and combination products (e.g. syringes, auto-injectors, on-body systems).
• Analytical Measurements: Measure key parameters like injection force, dose accuracy, and closure integrity using advanced lab equipment.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and review technical reports and ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Equipment Qualification: Support qualification and maintenance of lab instruments according to quality standards.
• Method Development: Assist in development, validation, and transfer of test methods for drug-device products.
• Root Cause Analysis: Contribute to investigations of deviations, complaints, or out-of-spec results.
• SOP Management: Write and review lab-related standard operating procedures.
• Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with development, quality, and regulatory teams to deliver strong analytical data packages.
  
  

Dein Profil

• Technical Background in Engineering or Life Sciences: Completed higher technical education (e.g., HTL, apprenticeship), or a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in engineering, biomedical sciences, materials science, or a related discipline.
• Hands-On Laboratory Experience: Previous lab experience in an academic or industrial setting, ideally within the pharmaceutical or medical device sector.
• Strong Interest in Drug-Device Combination Products: Eagerness to work in a multidisciplinary environment at the intersection of pharmaceuticals and medical technology.
• Proactive & Collaborative Mindset: Self-motivated, adaptable, with a high learning agility and a team-oriented approach.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to collaborate across departments and communicate technical topics effectively.
• Multilingual Advantage: Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills (e.g., German) are considered an asset.

The gross annual fulltime salary is at least EUR 66.000 € but of course we offer overpayment in line with the market, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
