We are seeking an experienced Senior Personalverrechner (m/w/d) for our client, one of Austria's leading tax consulting firms. Responsibilities include:

• Ongoing payroll processing for clients
• Administration of employee onboarding and offboarding
• Travel expense reimbursements
• Management of holidays and sick leaves
• Legal consulting on employment and social insurance matters
• Independent and team-based work
• Regular contact with clients, authorities, and agencies
• Utilization of digital tools for work efficiency

Qualifications:

• Commercial education with Matura (e.g., HAK/HBLA)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll, preferably in a tax consultancy
• Training in payroll processing (preferably WIFI)
• Knowledge of Sage-DPW is advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office and BMD-NTCS is a plus
• Precise, structured working style, and discretion with data
• Strong communication skills, service orientation, and enjoyment working with numbers
• Interest in developing digital solutions for processes

The annual gross salary starts at €60,000, with potential overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
