About the opportunity:

1. Outlier is looking for talented writers with fluency in Dutch to help train generative artificial intelligence models.
2. This freelance opportunity is remote with flexible hours, allowing you to work whenever is best for you.
3. Your tasks include reading Dutch text to rank responses produced by an AI model, writing short stories in Dutch on given topics, and assessing the factual accuracy of Dutch text generated by AI.

Examples of desirable expertise:

1. Experience as a professional translator.
2. Enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in a humanities field or related to writing.
3. Enrollment in or completion of a graduate program related to creative writing.

Payment:

1. Average pay rates for core project work by Dutch writing experts are around USD $30 per hour.
2. Rates vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project needs, and other factors. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. Lower rates may apply during onboarding or overtime phases. Incentive payments may also be available. Please review specific project payment terms.
