We are currently seeking a Tender Coordinator to join our Major Projects team based in our head office in Luscombe. This is a full-time, permanent position that plays a vital role in supporting our operations by leading and managing the tender process. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a passion for coordinating bids and proposals, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end tender process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Identify tender opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to gather required information.
Serve as the main point of contact for all tender and bid-related queries.
Organise and maintain all bid-related documentation for easy access and tracking.
Attend and participate in sales and internal meetings as required.
Review and recommend product and service enhancements based on market trends.
Maintain a tender tracking system and monitor progress throughout the process.
Prepare, proofread, and edit bid documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
Ensure all tender responses align with client specifications, deadlines, and ATCO’s branding guidelines.
Provide regular updates to management on the status of ongoing bids and tenders.
Assist in pricing and preparation of hire & sale quotations, ensuring compliance with company capabilities.
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in tender coordination.
Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Experience working with client tender portals (Aconex, PIMs, Global Contractor Management System) is highly desirable.
Previous exposure to modular or building construction and marketing/branding is an advantage.
