  • Stakeholder Engagement and Influence

  • Create impactful and innovative communication campaigns that simplify complex topics and drive clarity among diverse audiences.
  • Communication Process Optimization
    • Continuously improve and streamline communication workflows to enhance delivery efficiency and audience engagement.
  • Function-Specific Communication Support
    • Support business functions by developing tailored communication strategies for complex IT transformation initiatives.
  • End-to-End Communication Management
    • Oversee the complete lifecycle of end-user communications, ensuring alignment with project milestones and business needs.
  • Change Impact Analysis and Readiness Assessment
    • Conduct readiness assessments and stakeholder analyses to inform communication and change strategies that resonate with impacted audiences.
  • Resistance Identification and Mitigation
    • Identify areas of anticipated resistance to change and design communication interventions to overcome barriers to adoption.
  • Change Awareness and Advocacy Building
    • Foster a culture of change by inspiring adoption and building advocacy through engaging content and storytelling.
  • Strategic Input on Learning Content
    • Provide direction on training content themes to ensure alignment with overall change strategy and user needs.
  • Strategic Partnership with Product and Project Leads
    • Act as a strategic advisor to product and project leads, offering change management insights that support roadmap execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration for Change Alignment
    • Coordinate with teams such as UX, engagement, and partnering functions to align efforts and maximize the overall impact of change initiatives.
  • Advise on the optimal timing of solution rollouts to synchronize with business cycles and other communication or change initiatives.

Requirements

  • Multimedia and AI-Driven Content Creation
    • Proven ability to manage multimedia content using AI-assisted tools, with hands-on experience in video editing.
  • Strong Relationship and Team-Building Skills
    • Demonstrated strength in building relationships and collaborating across diverse teams, including employees, contractors, and consultants.
  • Excellent Communication Proficiency
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex or novel ideas clearly at all organizational levels.
  • Advanced Project Management Capabilities
    • Outstanding skills in managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Effective Business Partnering
    • Expertise in consulting and partnering with internal stakeholders to assess needs and foster trusted working relationships.
  • Technological Fluency and Simplification Ability
    • Ability to grasp emerging technologies and technical language, and translate them into user-friendly communication and training materials.
  • Organisational Change Management Knowledge
    • Practical understanding and experience in applying change management principles and practices in organisational settings.
  • Instructional Design Understanding
    • Familiarity with instructional design methodologies to support effective learning and communication strategies.
  • Hands-on experience working within Agile frameworks and adapting to iterative project cycles.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to operate professionally in a global, English-speaking environment.
  • Educational Background in Relevant Field
    • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline such as communications, change management, or learning.
  • Minimum Experience in Change Management
    • At least three years of proven experience in organisational change management roles.
  • Ability to Engage and Inspire Others
    • Capability to motivate and engage diverse stakeholders, fostering positive change attitudes and behaviors.
