  • Manage the accounting, payroll, and purchasing departments, including rostering and holiday planning.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly reports in collaboration with the Assistant Financial Controller.
  • Assist in preparing annual financial statements with auditors.
  • Coordinate and develop budget plans and forecasts.
  • Implement strategic measures and manage contracts.
  • Oversee cash flow and investment planning.

[requirements]
  • Completed training (e.g., HAK, HAS, HGA, HBLA,...).
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in the hotel industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (formulas, VBA is a plus).
  • Knowledge of SUN is advantageous.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Strong affinity for numbers, accuracy, discretion, and team leadership skills.

The statutory gross minimum salary for this full-time position is EUR 2,492.00 per month (14 payments per year). An overpayment of at least EUR 4,500.00 gross is possible depending on qualifications.
