Alan Mance Motor Group - Footscray is seeking a Senior Service Advisor to oversee the daily front-end operations of our busy service department.

Your brands will include Jeep, Ssangyong, RAM.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily service operations, scheduling, and bookings.
  2. Provide accurate and clear communication to customers regarding vehicle service, maintenance, and repairs.
  3. Prepare detailed service estimates and explain necessary repairs or services to customers.
  4. Coordinate service work effectively with technicians and parts departments.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards.
  6. Demonstrate strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  7. Utilize dealership management software and other computer applications confidently.

About the Role:

  1. Career progression pathway leading to a 2IC role.
  2. Take ownership of our customer experience.
  3. Manage booking rates and workflow as needed.
  4. Handle customer dispute resolution with a focus on quality outcomes.

MUST HAVE:

  1. ERA Power knowledge (not essential but advantageous).
  2. Clean criminal history check.
  3. Well-groomed and professional appearance.
  4. Outstanding customer service skills.
  5. Ability to work under pressure.
  6. Excellent administration, data entry, and advanced computer skills.
  7. Decisiveness to make beneficial decisions for both customer and business.
