Skills Provision is searching for a Project Manager to work for an interior design company in Austria.

Our client applies holistic design to a diverse range of projects throughout Austria. They form collaborative relationships with top-tier brands and developers and provide expertise in areas such as sustainability, design technology, branding and real estate strategy.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for entire projects and the Design Team, with emphasis on developing and maintaining client relationships.

• Manage interior design projects; establish project schedules, technical requirements, time and hour budgets.
• Select project team members; direct and review the output of the Team.
• Engage in business development activities, when possible, develop client relationships.
• Manage project budget, schedule, and scope of work.
• Review client billing.

Requirements

• Degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
• 8 years’ experience as an interior project designer, including experience on projects involving clients and contractor interface.
• Advanced knowledge of finish materials and standards required.
• Supervisory skills
• Work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Complete tasks with accuracy and with strong attention to detail.
• Consistently meet deadlines.
