Nutanix is looking for a Territory Account Manager in Vienna. This role will focus on managing accounts in the Enterprise and Mid-Market space. As an Account Manager, you are responsible for selling Nutanix Products and Solutions through Channel Partners, leveraging alliances and ISVs, and interacting directly with customers. You will also work closely with a Pre-Sales Specialist in your territory.

About the Team

At Nutanix, you will join the MEDA (Mediterranean and Austria) team, operating across Israel and Austria. The team is known for its high performance and collaboration, creating a dynamic and rewarding environment.

You will report to the Sales Director and work remotely from Vienna, with no requirement to go into the office. This setup offers flexibility and supports a healthy work-life balance.

Travel within Austria to visit customers will be expected, providing opportunities to engage directly with clients and strengthen relationships, enhancing your impact in the region.

Your Role

  • As a Territory Account Manager, you will drive new business sales within your assigned territory as part of Nutanix's field sales team.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the technical specifications necessary to sell Nutanix products and services.
  • Understand how technology solutions address business problems and the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, sales operations, system engineering, and product development teams.
  • Employ account targeting, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques.
  • Utilize SFDC and possess strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentations.
  • Articulate Nutanix's value proposition, features, and product messaging effectively.

What You Will Bring

  • Experience in outside software sales, quota carrying, hunting, and closing deals successfully.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas over multiple years.
  • Deep understanding of the regional customer and partner ecosystem, and how cloud-first strategies, simplicity, and cost savings can foster relationships and drive sales.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on growth, collaboration, and teamwork.
  • Ability to develop new accounts and penetrate new divisions within existing accounts.
  • Highly organized with strong account planning and strategic skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
