Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

• Project and resource planning for engineering projects
• Managing hardware development and system integration interfacing with electrical and software engineering
• Directing, leading, and managing daily activities of the team
• Employee development, goal setting, and tracking

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field with 4-6 years of supervisory experience
• Excellent oral and written communication and technical presentation skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong skills in tool automation & material handling
• Experience in systems engineering
• Experience in semiconductor and/or wet chemistry industry is a plus
• Proficiency in 3D CAD tools such as Siemens NX, Siemens Solid Edge, AutoCAD, and others
