Are you a driven junior sales professional (Außendienstmitarbeiter / Mitarbeiter im Vertrieb / Vertrieb im Außendienst) with a passion for building partnerships with the local restaurant scene of Vienna? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We’re seeking an ambitious, communicative salesperson eager to learn, exceed sales targets, and grow professionally. Your outgoing personality will help you easily connect with diverse people and build lasting relationships. All experience levels are welcome!

What you’ll be doing

  • Exploring the market to uncover new opportunities.
  • Identifying and engaging potential restaurant partners aligned with Wolt’s goals.
  • Managing and tracking a pipeline of potential partnerships.
  • Understanding venue performance to set business terms and negotiate partnerships.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and communicating effectively.
  • Enjoy working in the field, visiting multiple leads daily.
  • Skilled at communicating with B2B and B2C leads, both in person and over the phone.
  • Passionate about sales, using rejections as motivation to succeed.
  • Natural networker with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Driven "hunter" mentality, relentless in securing meetings with potential partners.
  • Thrive in a high-ownership, ambitious environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Fluent in German and English.

Starting salary for this role is EUR 41.279,84 annually.
