Project Manager (w/m/d) – Battery Storage Projects

Responsibilities

As a #Project Manager for #Battery Storage, you will be responsible for the successful execution of battery storage projects from initiation to completion:

• Overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless project execution
• Managing customer relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Conducting regular project status meetings and providing updates to stakeholders
• Identifying and mitigating project risks and resolving any issues that arise during the project
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards in all project activities
• Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including reports and budgets

Your profile

• A degree in project management, engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in the energy or battery storage sector
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management software
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel, up to 20%

This position is subject to the collective agreement for the metal (processing) trade. We offer a minimum gross monthly salary of EUR 4,800 in line with the market for this position. A willingness to overpay and/or travel allowance is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
