Required Expertise and Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher (PhD preferred) in the domain or a related field (can be currently enrolled).
• Research experience with peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or industry R&D contributions.
• Ability to read and write in English with minimal errors.
• Bonus: AI model training experience (not required but helpful).

Payment

• Rates for core project work range from $30 to $50 per hour USD, varying by geographic location.
• Opportunities for higher-paying research projects based on performance.

Rates depend on expertise, skills, location, project needs, and other factors. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. Non-core work, like onboarding or overtime, may have lower rates. Some projects offer incentives. Review each project's payment terms.
