Your mission

We are a team of marketing experts for all areas from SEO, Events, Paid Advertising, PR, Social Media – but one piece of puzzle is missing to make us complete – and that’s YOU! • As a creative member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for the development of visuals for various campaigns: product launch, brand awareness, advertisements & events.
• You will work hands on, bringing in all necessary expertise to ensure high level creative development and quality from start to finish.
• In your role you will work closely with marketing, product marketing and internal stakeholders to develop creatives for various projects.
• One of your focus will be to design animation, videos and motion pictures.
• You will ensure consistent corporate design for internal and external communication as well as highest quality on deliveries of 3rd party e.g. freelancer, agencies, print shops.

Your profile

• You have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a B2B company or agency with this clientele.
• Working on international campaigns with different target audiences and markets is part of your daily business.
• You see the big picture, while keeping the smallest details in mind to deliver visual communication for the target audience & product.
• Keeping abreast of multiple projects is something you thrive on.
• You are an expert in Adobe CC, Figma and other common design software.
• Fluent written and spoken English skills.

Nice to have

• You have experience within the SAAS industry.
• Fluent written and spoken German skills are a plus.
• You have experience with UX design of websites.

• Compensation: For this position, the monthly base salary we offer ranges between € 3.800,-/gross and € 4.900,-/gross. The salary is paid out 14x per year, including an all-in contract based on 38,5 hours/week. Your final salary will be in line with your qualifications and experience!
