As Manager Commercial Strategy & Growth – Core Brands, you will take full strategic ownership of some of our most commercially important restaurant partners, including McDonald’s, Domino’s and Burger King. Reporting directly to the Head of Strategic Accounts Germany, you will lead the Core Brands vertical and act as a sparring partner to a highly experienced team of Lead and Senior Strategic Key Account Managers. This role combines strategic leadership, operational execution and cross-functional collaboration to drive long-term growth and performance across our highest-impact accounts.
Lead and support a team of senior Strategic Key Account Managers and one Team Lead Key Account Executives, providing strategic guidance and operational clarity
Oversee the work of the Key Account Executives, who act as a Center of Excellence for partner care, churn prevention and store-level win-back
Act as a trusted advisor to your team, helping sharpen account strategies, resolve challenges and unlock growth opportunities
Develop and manage Joint Business and Growth Plans, ensuring delivery against commercial targets and strategic ambitions
Coordinate execution across Sales, Marketing, Local Operations and Product to ensure high-quality, aligned rollout of initiatives
Serve as the main strategic contact for Core Brand topics, both internally and towards senior external stakeholders
Own the continued development and scaling of our Lieferando Go / Delivery as a Service proposition within the Core Brand segment, in close collaboration with the Lieferando Go Lead for Germany
Play an active role in the Strategic Accounts leadership team, working closely with the Deputy Head of Strategic Accounts, the Manager Strategic Partnerships and other key stakeholders
What will you bring to the table?
At least 7 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 4 years in key account management, preferably in an acquisition focused environment
Proven leadership skills with over 2 years in a managerial role
University degree in management, business, or a related field
Demonstrated success in making data-driven, commercially sound decisions
Customer-focused and innovative approach with a talent for process optimization
Ability to develop new ideas, identify opportunities, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
