We are looking for a Polier Hochbau (m/w/d) for Revitalisierung & Sanierung to strengthen our team and help us innovate in construction.

• Managing construction sites in revitalization & renovation projects
• Ensuring project schedules are met
• Participating in work preparation
• Overseeing all craftsmanship work and work allocation
• Material planning, disposition, and documentation
• Implementing safety and health measures
• Communicating with internal and external contacts

What we expect from you

• Completed training as a Polier with several years of experience
• Ideally, knowledge in revitalization, renovation, and building in existing structures
• Driver's license B and IT skills (familiarity with MS Office, iTwo advantageous)
• Strong communication and assertiveness skills
• Team spirit and dedication

Salary and conditions

For this position, the gross monthly salary ranges from €3,957 to €4,672 depending on the level, plus social benefits and allowances. There is flexibility for higher pay based on qualifications and experience.
