Your Tasks

• Autonomous underwriting of major industrial risks in the area of fire/all risks (including natural hazards)
• Risk assessment and analysis focusing on fire and natural hazards, in close coordination with technical insurance partners and risk engineers
• Development, calculation, and negotiation of tailored insurance solutions
• Negotiation management with international customers, brokers, and partners at decision-maker level
• Ongoing market and portfolio analysis, participation in the development of products and underwriting guidelines
• Interface to risk engineering, claims management, and international underwriting units
• Several years of professional experience in underwriting, ideally in industrial/commercial business with a focus on fire/all risks
• Completed business or technical education
• Comprehensive knowledge of risk assessment and contract design
• Strong negotiating skills and confidence in dealing with customers and partners
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Analytical thinking, responsibility, and a high level of service orientation
• Enjoys international cooperation and complex challenges

Based on legal requirements, the minimum gross monthly salary is EUR 3,248.70 for full-time employment (38.5 hours/week). The actual salary will be discussed based on your qualifications and experience during a personal interview.
