In this position, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our procurement function. You will work with a dedicated team to further develop this area, leveraging your procurement expertise.

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor developments in the international procurement market, conduct market analyses, and identify methods and tools to optimize indirect sourcing.
• Implement sourcing methods to automate indirect related spend.
• Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with suppliers while managing a competitive supplier base.
• Negotiate contracts and conditions with suppliers.
• Develop criteria for monitoring supplier performance and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Act as a competent interface to internal partners.

Your Qualifications

• Business education (HTL/Uni/FH).
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role, preferably in a production company.
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills under demanding circumstances.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle complex procurement challenges.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
