Job Description:

In the Service Projects and Retrofit Team, you will travel to modify, upgrade, and develop new software solutions for our intralogistics systems.

• Extend the lifecycle of our systems and adapt proven technology for the future.
• Support the Software Planning and Development teams with your expertise and creativity.
• Study existing software concepts, prepare projects, and implement software in test environments.
• Install, configure, and test software at customer sites worldwide.
• Analyze, optimize, and document measures; train customer technicians on-site to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Support customer growth and develop your expertise.

Qualifications:

• Completed IT education.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming (C++, C#, Java), relational databases (SQL, Oracle), and Linux.
• Hardware and network knowledge.
• Open-minded, enjoys traveling (approx. 50%), and works well in international teams.
• Proficient in German and/or English.
• Reliable, quality-focused, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Enjoys identifying potential improvements and creating innovative solutions.

We offer the chance to shape a growing department within a leading global company, with significant responsibilities and freedom. The minimum salary is EUR 2,875 gross per month, with potential additional compensation for travel expenses up to EUR 1,000 net and allowances up to EUR 1,000 gross.
