Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement material group and procurement strategies in China, considering market trends.
2. Analyze the supply chain, identify savings potentials, and optimize quality and stability in China.
3. Select, establish, and develop suppliers, including regular audits and performance evaluations.
4. Negotiate with suppliers to optimize prices, contracts, and conditions.
5. Implement cost-saving measures through VAVE (Value Analysis / Value Engineering).
6. Monitor and analyze key purchasing figures and report to the Head of Purchasing.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, supply chain management, or related fields.
• More than 3 years of experience in purchasing electronic or mechanical components in China.
• Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented work behavior.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, resilience, assertiveness, and negotiation skills.
• Team player with flexibility.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Very good Mandarin skills and good English skills.
