Test Engineer (all genders)

Job Responsibilities

• Design, build, and prepare test fixtures and equipment, execute tests, and evaluate data.
• Set up and conduct tests for components, devices, systems, and tools.
• Operate test stands and related components, including handling acids.
• Use structured diagnostic and problem-solving methods during start-up and lab testing.
• Apply statistical methods for reliability testing and data evaluation.
• Create test documentation according to standards and present results meaningfully.
• Collaborate actively with colleagues on test stands, tools, and in clean room laboratories.
• Forward change requests and improvement suggestions to the developer in charge.

Who We’re Looking For

• Technical education (Apprenticeship, HTL, Bachelor) in Mechatronic, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering.
• At least three years of work experience in one of these technical fields.
• Excellent technical understanding and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical thinking and good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, focus on details, and adapt to changing priorities.
• High flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office and structured in working style.
