IT Business Analyst for Group Compliance Tribe (f/m/x)

We are looking for Software Engineers to extend our agile team within the Group Compliance tribe with the goal of supporting our international, distributed, and diverse team with anti-money laundering monitoring and financial sanctions screening platform. Your mission at RBI

  • Translate business knowledge into IT solution architecture requirements
  • Develop and operate IT solutions in the Compliance area. You will work in a hybrid environment (cloud and on-prem)
  • Co-create concepts for new IT solutions in the compliance area
  • Deliver well-tested product increments in close collaboration with other team members
  • Configure end-to-end vendor software

Your core competencies

  • Relevant work experience in payments, analytics solutions for financial crime detection, anti-money laundering, and transaction monitoring
  • Experience in working in a corporate DevOps environment
  • Programming languages: Python, Bash, optional Java
  • Know-how in infrastructure, platform OS related, SQL, and scripting
  • Languages: English (required), German (asset)

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with financial sanctions and watch list management
  • Knowledge in Compliance area
