In this role, you will lead the DACH Operating Room Solutions in delivering three key business strategies:

  • Defend & grow the core business
  • Drive change management

Mölnlycke is a world-leading medical solutions company, designing and supplying products to enhance healthcare performance. Our core offerings include single-use Operating Room products, laparoscopy instruments, and customized ProcedurePak trays that provide comprehensive system solutions.

The Business Director ORS DACH will oversee and develop sales and marketing efforts for the Operating Room Solutions organization across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, ideally based in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute business plans and marketing strategies to increase sales and profits, aligning with customer needs and corporate objectives.
  2. Business Performance Delivery: Lead commercial operations, manage budgets, oversee regional pricing, and ensure effective sales management including lead generation, bid management, and distributor development.
  3. Team Leadership: Oversee, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing teams, fostering a positive and trustful culture.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business; MBA preferred
  • Experience in the medical device industry within DACH
  • Proven success in managing sales and marketing teams at senior levels
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills
  • Intercultural communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset
  • Languages: Fluent English and advanced German skills
