Job Description
You are someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys taking responsibility for smooth processes and reliable data. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping and optimizing our supply chain operations – from materials management to collaboration with internal teams.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and optimize supply chain management processes.
- Manage material and inventory data in our ERP system, including material master data, pricing, bookings, period closings, and data analysis.
- Coordinate deliveries in collaboration with Doka Logistics and Operations.
- Take ownership of warehouse and materials management tasks, such as stocktaking and refurbishments.
- Handle operational procurement tasks like requesting quotes, entering purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers and the purchasing team.
- Assist with accounting tasks.
- Support projects and contribute to controlling activities.
Qualifications
- Completed education in logistics or a related field (apprenticeship, secondary school diploma, or university degree).
- Relevant professional experience in order processing, logistics, or related fields.
- Proficient handling of ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive working style.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

This is a temporary position for 12 months, with potential extension based on business needs.
Salary: The minimum gross annual salary is EUR 34,244, based on qualifications and experience, in accordance with the collective agreement.
