Responsibilities

As a (Senior) Associate in Transaction Services, you will be responsible for conducting financial due diligence, analyzing financial statements, and preparing reports for clients.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in transaction services or a similar role. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling are essential.
