IT System Engineer - Patchmanagement (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Act as the main contact for patch management in customer IT environments
• Plan and coordinate patch days, ensuring performance, availability, and security
• Implement patches across a range of systems (Windows, RedHat Linux, network & cloud)
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
• Collaborate with sales and change management teams for smooth rollouts

Your Profile:

• Completed IT training or degree, ideally with patch/release management experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, also with management skills
• Independent, structured work style with a broad IT perspective
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructures; ITIL certification a plus
• Dependability, resilience, and flexibility for occasional off-hours work
• Fluency in both English and German
