Key responsibilities include:

• Challenging product requirements and transferring them into a cost-competitive System-on-Chip architecture
• Contributing to the definition of a common microcontroller architecture for our Power IC Products
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams in Analog/Digital Design, Verification, Firmware Development, Validation, Test, and Project Management to deliver first-pass functional silicon
• Influencing roadmaps and helping to set technology targets for future SOCs
• Being the technical interface to Product Marketing, Technical Marketing and Customers

You are a collaborative, innovation-driven professional who values clear communication, structured problem-solving, and delivering impactful solutions.

Ideal candidate profile:

• A Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent, with specific knowledge of microelectronic devices and related digital circuit design
• 10+ years of experience in the full-chip development cycle
• Experience in defining embedded CPU based architectures (e.g., ARM, RISC-V) is essential
• Solid knowledge in digital prototyping on FPGAs, FPGA synthesis, and debugging
• Relevant experience in hardware description languages (SystemVerilog or VHDL is a plus)
• Good experience with common hardware and software design tools
• Excellent communication skills within teams and at the executive level
• Fluent English skills are mandatory; German is a plus

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience, and qualification. Employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group J. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year, with potential for higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
