Finance Manager

As Finance Manager, you are responsible for the operational finance processes in our company. You maintain an overview of payment flows, take care of preparatory accounting, and controlling. You will regularly coordinate with various stakeholders (management, tax consultants, banks & external consultants), and your structured and independent working style will help you stay composed even in hectic phases.

Your Tasks

Requirements Profile

• Business administration training focused on finance—degree, university of applied sciences, or equivalent education (HAK, HASCH) or apprenticeship
• First work experience in finance (accounting, controlling, treasury, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, cost accounting, & balance sheet accounting
• Initial ERP system knowledge
• Very good command of German and English
• You work in a structured and precise manner, keeping the big picture in mind.
• You work independently and can structure and prioritize your tasks autonomously.
• You handle confidential information conscientiously.

Your actual salary depends on your training, experience, and qualifications. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2,855.52, based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry, job group III after two years. We value fair overpayment aligned with market rates, which will be discussed during the interview.
