Your missions

As a senior B2B Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth in the Austrian market, with a particular focus on Western Austria. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Define and execute a fundraising strategy targeting the retail investment market in Western Austria.
  • Develop and expand distribution channels across Austria, identifying and activating the most effective channels for each product line.
  • Deepen existing business relationships with IFAs and initiate new partnerships with IFAs, platforms, umbrella companies, family offices, and other financial market participants, such as private banks.
  • Design and implement localized marketing strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Ensure a high level of service to partners, supporting them with both commercial and administrative processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the Austrian team and contribute to cross-border initiatives within the group.

Qualifications and experience

  • 6-8 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in financial services or asset management
  • Strong knowledge of the Austrian financial ecosystem and a solid network of IFAs and institutional partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, international team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Fluency in German and English is required
