As a Digital Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers through various digital channels. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support, ensuring all inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. You will utilize your technical proficiency, adaptability, and multitasking skills to navigate multiple digital platforms and deliver a seamless customer experience.

THE TASKS AWAITING YOU

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Foster positive relationships with customers by providing clear, concise, and empathetic written communication
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and digital tools to provide accurate information and assistance
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
  • Collect and analyse customer insights to identify patterns and suggest improvements to tools, processes, or content that enhance the overall experience
  • Maintain clear documentation of recurring issues and customer insights to support cross-team learning

HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a digital environment
  • A keen interest in motorcycles is a significant plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
  • High customer service orientation and dedication, even in difficult interactions
  • Previous experience with Zendesk or ServiceNow is a plus
  • Strong technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software and digital tools
  • Fluent in English and German
