Your responsibilities at waterdrop:

This is a fixed-term, 4-month position for a Retail Area Manager to oversee Sales and
Operations of waterdrop GmbH retail locations across Paris, France, and the Benelux region.The role involves driving sales, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading retail teams to achieve targets.YOU MUST LIVE IN BELGIUM OR PARIS.

  • Manage and optimize the performance of retail stores across the designated regions.
  • Implement and maintain company retail standards and procedures.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to retail staff.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with store teams.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure effective stock management.
  • Identify and address operational challenges and provide solutions.
  • Travel extensively across France and Benelux to support retail locations.
  • Collaborate with Global Retail HQ departments to support retail activities.

Your strengths and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a multi-site role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
  • Ability to travel extensively across France and Benelux.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
