Our last-mile delivery partners are crucial to our service, and we work closely with them to ensure timely deliveries. As a Delivery Partner Manager, you’ll foster strong relationships, help implement efficient processes, and resolve issues to build long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

1. Support last-mile delivery partners across Germany, Netherlands, and Austria to meet compliance requirements and prepare routes.
2. Hold regular meetings with partners.
3. Resolve partner pain points.
4. Use data to assess partner performance and support improvements.

A day in the life

You’ll be based at one of our sites to stay close to the delivery process, overseeing all aspects of partner relationships from contracts to performance tracking. Clear communication is essential, as you’ll be in daily contact with your partners to ensure they have what they need to deliver on time.

About the team

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) manages last-mile delivery in partnership with third-party distributors. We focus on operational excellence, innovation, and sustainability, including the use of electric vehicles and new delivery concepts like Amazon Fresh and Prime Now.

Basic qualifications

• A degree.
• Relevant experience in account management in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in German and English (verbal and written).
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using data analytics to address performance issues.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or distribution.
• Stakeholder communication experience.
• Degree in business management, economics, law, engineering, or related fields.
