Responsibilities include:

  • ITIL-compliant incident and service request management in 1st level support.
  • Documentation in ITSM ticketing tools.
  • Working in a team of approximately 15 members in a 24/7 shift environment.
  • Supporting Office365, print and file services, and user management.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Completed IT training (e.g., apprenticeship, HTL).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products, Windows 10 client administration, Windows Server (basic), Active Directory, and desktop applications like Google Chrome, Adobe Acrobat, 7zip, antivirus software.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
  • Excellent German and solid English skills.
  • High service orientation, team spirit, and communication skills.

The annual minimum salary according to the collective agreement is €34,622 for full-time employment plus shift allowance. Overpayment is possible depending on qualifications.

Preferred additional skills include Google Chrome, Adobe Acrobat, Active Directory, ITIL, Windows Server.

Location: Vienna, Austria.
