Global Sales Developer (m/w/d)
Full-time, Headquarter: Wiener Neustadt, Lower Austria
- Identification and acquisition of new business opportunities: Proactively identify, analyze, and pursue promising leads worldwide, driving the expansion of our customer base. Develop innovative strategies to achieve sustainable growth.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships: Establish long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in specialist organizations and governments through regular communication and personal meetings.
- Developing tailored solutions: Collaborate with teams to develop customized solutions for each customer, making this role diverse and demanding.
- Market analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate market and competitive developments to identify relevant trends and opportunities, providing insights for strategic planning.
- Reporting and analysis: Regularly report on sales activities, market trends, and customer satisfaction to management.
- Qualifications: HAK, AHS, or HTL graduation, ideally with a degree in a technical and/or business field.
- Business development skills: Goal-oriented 'hunter' mindset with strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in acquiring new customers.
- High willingness to travel: Willing to travel internationally to support customers on-site and represent the company at events.
- Economic and technical understanding: Deep understanding of customer needs with a strong affinity for aviation and sensor technologies.
- Communication and teamwork: An open and engaging personality that brings people together.
- Professional experience: At least 3 years in international sales or business development, preferably in aviation or defense technology.
- Language skills: Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The minimum gross monthly salary according to the collective agreement is €3,575.39 on a full-time basis. We also offer performance-based variable compensation and the possibility of overpayment depending on experience and qualifications.
