Since our founding in 2014, we strive to develop state-of-the-art industrial additive manufacturing equipment in the fields of powder bed fusion systems with our core technical team dedicated to AM technology for over 30 years. In three locations with almost 400 employees, we are building reliable and user-friendly turn-key solutions.

A dynamic and exciting time awaits you in our new office in the heart of Ludwigsburg, where we are shaping our common future. We provide sales, aftersales, application development and logistics mainly for the EMEA market. Your new colleagues are fascinated by 3D printing and are mastering the use of our equipment in our showroom with several mid- and large-scale machines and a fully equipped post-processing area.

Our customers from all over the world are mainly operating in the aerospace, medical, automotive and toolmaking industry. Eplus3D is well known and recognized for reliable quality machinery, customer success oriented and outstanding aftersales service.

Your mission

Sales target management, formulate annual sales plan to grow the sales revenue.

Build great customer and partner relationships.

Customers management and formulate differentiated maintenance strategies.

Cross-team collaboration: Link technical teams and related departments to provide customers with the best solutions.

Market strategy and competitive product analysis to formulate sales strategies respectively.

Definition and implementation of marketing and sales activities in close collaboration with the internal and external interfaces.

Development of user stories together with all stakeholders.

Your profile

Degree in engineering and/or business with technical acumen

Proven experience in previous sales position

Professional experience in the field of additive manufacturing is highly beneficial

Good knowledge of English; other language skills like French, Italian would be an advantage

Being an effective, convincing communicator to build trusting relationships between all parties.

Self-motivation with an open ‘can do’ attitude and hands-on mentality
