Join our passionate international team in Tirol as a Lead Validation Engineer. In this role, you'll ensure long-term business profitability by validating product-level requirements and delivering high-quality products. Be the last line of defense before products enter serial production, while developing and validating world-class internal combustion engines in a state-of-the-art testbench environment.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead verification and validation activities on assigned platforms, ensuring alignment with requirements and standards
  • Develop and execute multiple validation plans, coordinating with system owners and utilizing DFMEA for risk mitigation
  • Plan and manage test bench equipment and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with test specifications and analyzing results
  • Prepare and present comprehensive validation reports, coordinating team input and progress in reviews
  • Serve as the single point of contact for business stakeholders, defining technical team needs and aligning with engineering priorities
Your Profile:
  • HTL/Bachelors/Master degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or similar specialization
  • Professional experience in engine/component test and validation techniques
  • Strong expertise in reciprocating engine technology, software integration, engine calibration, and parameter management, with proficiency in DFMEA and DVP&R tools
  • Analytical and proactive working style, comfortable with technical presentations and familiar with development models like V-model and agile methods such as Scrum
  • Convincing oral and written communication skills in English & German
  • Willingness to travel

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.269,07 gross per month (x14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
